PUBLICOVER, Donald Seymour - Age 83, Hemford Forest, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Dartmouth, he was a son of the late Donald Seymour Publicover, Sr. and Emily (Boutilier) Publicover. Surviving are his wife, the former, Marjorie Eleanor Prosser; daughters, Catherine Publicover (Butch), Dartmouth; Lynn Publicover, Wentworth; sons, Ernlie Publicover (Petra), Dartmouth; Michael Publicover (Debbie), Winnipeg; George Patrick Publicover, Halifax; grandchildren, Evelyn, Patricia, Laura, Donald, Julia, Ernlie, Zachary, Michaela, Nathan; great-grandchild, Brooke; sister, Grace; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Evelyn Catherine (Rudge), mother of his children; son, Donald James Publicover in infancy; sisters, Beryl, Jean, Dorothy, Yvonne, Barbara, Hilda. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. The Admiral Desmond Piers Naval Association and the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 102, New Germany, will conduct services at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 10, 2015 in the New Horizons Seniors Hall, 4978 route, 10, New Germany. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the New Horizons Seniors Club, Canadian Cancer Society, Nova Scotia Lung Association, Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home #4895 route 10, New Germany.
