CLARK, Matthew E. (Sonny) - Sonny passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Sonny Clark, at the age of 75 years. Past master of Sussex Lodge No. 5 and Lansdowne Lodge No. 387, Past District Secretary and Past District Deputy Grand Master in 2009 for the St. Lawrence District. Beloved husband of Carol (Kennedy). Survived by his two sisters, Eileen Truesdell, Barbara Greenlees as well as brother-in-law Frank Kennedy and his wife Melody. Sonny was predeceased by his parents Jenny and Matthew Clark. and by his siblings Mary, Margaret, Russell, Arthur and Eddie Clark. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 7-9 pm.
Due to Covid restrictions, a Masonic Memorial Service will be held a later date.
A celebration of Sonny’s life will be held on Monday August 16th at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lansdowne Masonic Lodge # 387 will be gratefully acknowledged.
