ROCKLEY, Robert Allen - age 42, passed away in the Ottawa Hospital on 04 July 1986 after a battle with lung cancer after being diagnosed 6 months earlier. Robert was from Niagara Falls, Ontario and joined the RCN after High School. He served on ships and in submarines. He served on HMCS BONAVENTURE and HMCS OKANAGAN. He is survived by his wife Virginia, sons Robert & Michael, his parents Hubert & Elaine Rockley, three sisters Bonnie (John) Fletcher, Karen (Nelson) Corey & Donna (Gary) Mongeri. A service was held in the Baptist Church in Lakeside/Beechville Nova Scotia. Burial at a later date.
