WILGRESS, Victor Jura (Mannie) - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Victor "Mannie" Wilgress on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Mannie served 25 years with the Royal Canadian Navy and 28 years as an investment advisor. Predeceased by his wife Jane Edwards and survived by his three children, Willy, Vicky (Jimmy) and Ted. Grandchildren, Tyler (Julie), John (Hannah) and Sarah. Survived by his sister Diana and her children Douglas (Sarah), Sandra (Andy) and Andrea (Nigel) and predeceased by his brother Ted (Barbara) and survived by their daughter Christina. Uncle to Markie (Jonathan) and Francie. Private family service for committal of ashes will take place at Beechwood Cemetery. (The Ottawa Citizen 01 Aug 2013)
