DUNBAR, Roy - Born in Windsor Ontario February 27, 1933, passed away February 4, 2004 at home peacefully surrounded by his family after a long courageous battle with prostate cancer. Predeceased by his parents and brother Don. He leaves his beloved wife, Margaret (Andrews), of 50 years; three beloved sons, Steven (Erin), David (Leslie), and Michael (Ana Maria); six adored granddaughters, Ceilidh, Bronwyn, Jacqueline, Amanda, Kathleen, and Ainsley; as well as many relatives and friends. Roy served in the Navy 1950-1975, his last posting was as Coxswain of HMCS Restigouche. There was no service at Roy's request. Roy served in the Navy from 1950 to 1975, taking his release shortly after integration of the Canadian Forces.
