James Conley McKee Osborne, the son of James Arthur Osborne and Irene Mary McKee, was born at Fernie, BC on 11 June 1920. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy on 24 April 1939; served in the Atlantic theatre from 1939 to 1945; honourably released from service on 21 April 1961. He married Helen Adeline Inness 13 Nov 1940 at Halifax, NS. He died at Chilliwack, BC, on 14 April 1972.
